I’m a life coach.
But all the business coaches say that’s too vague of a niche.
Sooo I’m an intuitive, life-crafting, self-care, success and total wellness and energy alignment mentor for busy women, moms and entrepreneurs.

My coaching style is a mix of practical, actionable takeaways, soul stirring, powerful deep-dive questioning, (yeah…we GO there, if you let me.), with lots of positive psychology, mindset/beliefwork, and spirituality by way of the law of attraction mixed in.
In addition to our practical work together, I also support you energetically with energy clearings, healing modalities and reiki.
