This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Geneva Naturals and The bLink Marketing Network. The opinions and text are all mine.
I’m 35 years old. I am a stay at home mom of 2 active preschool age children. I am a business owner and a service provider. I am a wife, daughter, and friend. My time is not my own. My self care routine has to be extremely intentional or it won’t get done. If I’m not dedicated to creating time to keep myself from looking a hot mess…things will go downhill fast.
Makeup and fussy routines are not for me. You’ll never see me with a million-step facial routine, or a makeup routine that requires half an hour every morning. I just can’t. I love that Geneva Naturals has an easy routine to follow, but is packed with so many good ingredients that it does a lot for your skin. I need to stay looking young and fresh without it taking too much time.
This past weekend I missed a brunch with a new skin care brand, Geneva Naturals. (You can peep the video of the event here if you’re nosy like me!) Their website’s about me page really spoke to me when I saw it. The first line from their site: “Geneva Naturals was created with the belief that self-care shouldn’t be limited to vacations.” Boom. This.
Until I started getting really intentional about self care, I wasn’t giving myself a treat until a special event or some type of travel was coming up. That’s insane! As busy multifaceted women, we deserve self care, ALL the time.
In choosing more green items for my self care routine, I was happy to learn about Geneva Naturals product line. A quick look at their website let me know I’d need to try out their products. This range fits right in with my “greening” attempts since the products are paraben, sulfate and phthalate free.
Geneva Naturals uses key ingredients that do right by your skin:
Edelweiss Flower – strong natural level of UV protection and high levels of Leontopodic Acids A and B and anti-inflammatory properties
Moringa Oil – this nutrient-dense oil neutralizes the effects of harmful pollutants, prevents wrinkles, and slows premature aging.
Coconut Oil – improves antioxidant levels and slows aging by lowering oxidative stress while the antimicrobial properties balance out the candida
Green Tea – helps flush out toxins from the skin, heals blemishes and scars, and reduces inflammation
Vitamin C – provides potent antioxidant protection while shielding your skin from damaging free radicals to reduce premature aging.
Vitamin E – protects your skin against cell mutation from the sun and pollution. It’s also an anti-inflammatory which calms and hydrates your skin.
Cucumber – amazing source of silica, which, as a precursor to collagen, can help fight wrinkles.
I keep stalking my mailbox for my products. I will let you know how they work after I try them out for a week. I have high hopes!

As you aged, your skin is also changing. Fine lines are starting to show up, that’s why you really have to take extra care for your skin. You don’t have to go to expensive surgical treatments just to have a younger looking skin. All you have to do is follow these tips. Proper cleansing and moisturizing the skin will be a great help in having a healthy skin.
